This high-intensity class is designed to improve your endurance, strength, and overall power on the bike. Over the course of an hour, you’ll push your limits with structured intervals, challenging resistance levels, and controlled recovery periods.
BODY ROCKS
Body Rocks is a full body workout, choreographed to music, that uses weighted bars, hand weights, exercise bands and body weight exercises to improve strength, body composition and endurance.
